Budgets, payments and what happens when scope changes.

01 Why don’t you charge by the hour?

Hourly billing rewards slow work. A fixed price per sprint means you know the cost in advance and we are motivated to work efficiently.

02 How do payments work?

Sprints are invoiced at the start of each sprint. Larger builds are split into sprint payments, so you never pay far ahead of the work. Partnerships are billed monthly.

03 Are there any hidden costs?

No. Third-party costs such as hosting, fonts or stock photography are listed in the proposal and paid directly by you, so you own the accounts.

04 Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes. Registered non-profits receive 15% off, and two per cent of our revenue funds pro-bono projects every year.

05 Can we start with something small?

Yes. Many clients start with a UX audit from the toolkit or a two-week sprint, and the cost is credited if you continue with a larger project.
