Our process

From first call to measurable growth.

Every project moves through the same five stages. The length of each stage changes; the clarity does not.

From first call to measurable growth.

Five stages

What happens, and when

Each stage ends with something you can see, click or measure, and a decision about what comes next.

  1. Step 1: Discover

    1–2 weeks

We interview your customers and your team, review analytics and competitors, and agree on the problem worth solving and how we will measure success.

    You get

    • Research findings
    • Success metrics
    • Opportunity map
  2. Step 2: Define

    1 week

We turn research into a sharp plan: positioning, the features that matter for version one, a sitemap or user flows and a fixed scope for the build.

    You get

    • Product roadmap
    • User flows
    • Fixed scope & price
  3. Step 3: Design

    2–4 weeks

Wireframes become a clickable prototype and then a polished interface. We test with real users before a single line of production code is written.

    You get

    • Clickable prototype
    • Usability test report
    • Design system
  4. Step 4: Build

    4–10 weeks

Engineers build in two-week sprints with a demo every week. Accessibility, performance and security are tested continuously, not at the end.

    You get

    • Production code
    • Automated tests
    • Launch plan
  5. Step 5: Grow

    Ongoing

After launch we watch the numbers, run experiments, fix friction and plan the next release with you, as a monthly partnership or on demand.

    You get

    • Analytics dashboard
    • Experiment backlog
    • Monthly report

FAQ

Process questions

How we plan, collaborate and launch.

01 Can we skip discovery?

If you already have recent research and a clear scope, discovery can shrink to a few days. We never skip it entirely, because a week of questions regularly saves months of rework.

02 How much of our time does a project need?

Plan for a weekly 30-minute demo, quick feedback in the shared channel and two or three longer workshops during discovery and design.

03 What if we change our minds halfway?

Change is normal. Because we work in two-week sprints, we can re-plan the next sprint without wasting work. Changes to scope or price are always agreed in writing first.

04 Which technologies do you use?

We choose proven, well-supported technology that your team or any good agency can maintain, and we explain every choice in plain language in the proposal.

05 How do you test before launch?

Usability tests during design, automated tests during development, accessibility and performance checks on every release, and a final launch checklist before go-live.
