Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings, toolkit purchases and use of the Signal & Form website. Client projects are governed by the signed proposal and master services agreement for that project.

Sessions

Discovery calls are free. Paid sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Sessions missed without notice are not refunded.

Audits and care plans

Audits start once we receive payment and access to the product being audited, and are delivered within ten business days. Care plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.

Downloads

Downloadable playbooks are licensed for use inside your own organisation. Download links are limited to five downloads. If a file does not work, contact us and we will send a new link.

Intellectual property

Case studies, articles and toolkit content on this website belong to Signal & Form. Client work is shown with permission; the client brands remain the property of their owners.

Liability

Our advice is provided in good faith. Our total liability for a toolkit purchase or session is limited to the amount you paid for it.
