02 When does my audit start?

We schedule a kickoff within three business days of your order and deliver the report and recorded walkthrough within ten business days.

03 Can I change or cancel a care plan?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time before your next monthly renewal.

04 Do you offer refunds?

If an audit has not started, we refund it in full. If a download does not work for you, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right.
